Scottsdale Civic Center is the city's signature downtown park, home to the 360 Stage, Children's Gardens, Water and Fog Plaza, public art, and a summer splash/spray zone. A popular gathering spot in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale.

Rules & Guidelines
- Park hours are sunrise to 10:30 p.m. Do not remain in or on park premises outside of these hours.
- Comply with all federal, state, county, and city laws and regulations while in the park.
- No open alcohol containers (spirituous liquor) are permitted in the park unless authorized by a city-issued permit.
- No glass, ceramic, or easily broken plastic food or beverage containers are permitted in the park.
- No littering — dispose of all trash in designated receptacles.
- Do not feed, touch, tease, frighten, hunt, or intentionally disturb wildlife. Do not remove plants, wildlife, or natural materials from the park.
- Dogs must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet at all times, except in designated dog exercise areas. Dog owners must immediately clean up and properly dispose of all dog waste.
- No open fires permitted unless authorized by permit. Charcoal only may be used in fixed park grills and must be attended at all times.
- No motorized vehicles are allowed in the park except in designated parking areas. Maximum speed is 5 mph.
- Do not use or enter any park area or facility posted as closed by the city.
- Do not damage park property, including trees, shrubs, plants, turf, or landscaping.
- Smoking is prohibited in any enclosed public place in the park.
- Violations of park rules may result in removal from the park. Violations are subject to civil or criminal penalties under Scottsdale City Code.
