A community staple in Rowland Heights for nearly 40 years, Carolyn Rosas Park was rededicated in 1987 in honor of a local community leader and descendant of the Rowland Heights founding family. The park is known for unique recreational activities including Hula, Tai Chi, and wrestling programs.
