11 Splash Pads in Austin, Texas
The City of Austin operates 44 public aquatic facilities including 10 splash pads, seven regional pools, three community pools, 22 neighborhood pools, and the iconic Barton Springs Pool. Most pools and all splash pads are free to enter. Some pools — including Bartholomew, Barton Springs, Deep Eddy, Springwoods, Northwest, and Garrison — charge an entry fee March through October. Facilities may close temporarily for storms, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen events; call ahead if conditions are uncertain. Groups of 6 or more visiting a City of Austin pool for a one-time event must complete a one-day visit form. For questions, contact the Aquatic Office at (512) 974-9330.
